THE  WHO:
Hello from Grapevine,TX,
I am John Miller and this is my Company. Our service area includes
most of Northern Tarrant county and extends into the western
areas of Dallas county. We are first and foremost a weekly
service/maintenance firm. Repairs and equipment upgrades are
also provided. Pool cleaner sick? We can heal him! Need nets,
brushes,pool toys and accessories...I will beat most of the
competitions price AND deliver it to you! Filter cleaning and
maintenance is a specialty and you will love my rates.
This business is my only occupation-it is not a "sideline" source of
income.You and your pool will receive my undivided attention! I
was always taught to "Do one thing and do it well". My experience..
almost six years. References will gladly be provided if you so

THE  WHAT:
Responsiveness:
  • You will have my cell phone number AND will rarely get voice-mail!
  • Phone calls returned by the end of business day 7AM-5PM  Monday thru Friday
    or your service that week is FREE!
  • Weekend calls returned within 24 hours
  • E-mail access,comments,questions or concerns with a response time of no
    more than 24 hours.
  • Notification of schedule changes at least one week in advance.

Other:
  • I will work with you on pool parties,special events,etc. with just seven
    days notice to adjust your schedule or make a last minute trip to
    "freshen-up" the pool at no charge.
  • When on vacation, I can "look-in" over and above your regular day to
    check on the pool.
  • Semi-annual filter cleans and grid replacements are not included in the
    weekly maintenance fee and will be scheduled and billed separately.
  • Repairs will be quoted and approved by you before any work is done.Pool
    cleaners/sweeps will be repaired for the cost of the parts...no labor
    charge.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Call or email me with concerns,problems and questions. I can't
    fix it if I do not know about it!
  • Water level in the pool is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Pay promptly. I pay my vendors upon receipt to get the lowest
    possible cost. To do this I need your cooperation.I will mail
    invoices by the first of the month and expect payment
    postmarked no later than the 15th. Payments after that date will
    be subject to a $10.00 late fee on the following months bill.
  • Need equipment? Chairs,floats,nets,toys,etc. ASK! I can usually
    beat anyone else's price and will be glad to do so!
  • If you like what I am doing...tell your friends! If not...tell ME!
    Each referral will earn you a free week of pool service AND this
    helps me keep my rates reasonable ie....lower.
